Electrifying E-Textiles Going into Grades 4-9

Spark your imagination with stitchable electronics and make fun, functional wearables! Learn how make over sized electronic parts with e-textile materials and combine them into funky, nerdy, squishable gear you can wear whenever, wherever.

Recycled Making Going into Grades 4-9
June 17th – 21st, 8:30 am – 3:30 pm

Slicing, shredding, heating, and melting. Learn how to safely use recycled garbage to make new, exciting objects. From fishing lures to furniture recyclable materials can become anything you have the imagination and determination to create.

STEAM360 Ages 4-12 Dates TBD 9am-4pm
Get up close with sea turtles, concoct slippery slime, and contribute your masterpiece to an immersive art installation—all this and more—at Tulsa STEAM360! During this one-week camp, tour Tulsa’s best in hands-on, interactive Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math (STEAM) experiences. Parents will drop campers at a different location each day where they will engage in high-energy explorations that inspire creativity and critical thinking. Camps are led by experienced educators, teach age-appropriate curriculum, and include a camp T-shirt and healthy daily snack. Camp rotations are determined by age and include: AHHA, Camp Loughridge, Discovery Lab, Fab Lab Tulsa, Oklahoma Aquarium, Tulsa Botanic Gardens, and Up with Trees.

Difference Makers Grades 9-12 July 8 – Jul 12th, 8:30am – 12:30pm, Friday from 8:30am – 1:30pm
Use engineering as a force for good! In this camp, students will explore the real needs of individuals, brainstorm solutions, and design tools to assist individuals’ needs.
